Air temp 80, wind 2mph. Technical Course with beach start & oblong hourglass shape with 7 turns & water finish. Experienced Racers completed the course twice, clockwise the first time with a re-start the second time & in a counter-clockwise direction. Amateur Racers completed the course one time in the counter-clockwise direction.
The course was designed for high intensity interval training, with recovery intervals between, combined with the Drag Race course that followed.
