WE WERE TESTING AN IPAD TIMING/RESULTS SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, TO HOPEFULLY SPEED UP THE RESULTS AND AWARDS PROCESS.

Ideally this needs pre-regisration, or registration to be closed 15 minutes prior to the race start time, to allow time to transfer the bib numbers to the timer. We did not have that luxury this year, although we may try next year.

Also, for racers where a Bib # was not visible, we unfortunately had to score them as DNS (did not finish).
