Registration will open at 12.00 noon
Race briefing 12.45pm (All must attend)
First rider starting at 1pm - 0:00 and will be let off min 30 second intervals

Bike Manawau & WCNI Affiliates – $10 Flat Rate - Cash on the day or pay online Bike Manawatu ANZ 01-0745-0284925-00 please use your name, race number & race name as reference
Non Members - $10 Flat Rate - for any Non Members wishing to ride - However you will not be able to run for any of the Bike Manawatu or WCNI trophies.

Bike Manawatu Rongotea Time Trial Course
Rongotea Time Trial 16km & 23km Time Trial Course.– Start on corner of Severn & Mercey Streets , ride out Banks Rd, left onto Kaimatarua Rd, turn right down Sansons Rd then onto Main Drain Road, turn around cone, head back to Finish in Mercey Street, Rongotea. - Full course notes on our website

Course lengths are similar to those of Age Group Road Nationals
Short Course Approx 16km– U15 Boys & U15 Girls, U17 Boys & Girls, U19 Women, Masters Women 4-10, Masters Men 6-10
Long Course Approx 23km – U19 Men, U23 Men & U23 Women, Senior Men, Senior Women, Masters Women 1-3, Masters Men 1-5


Traffic management will be in place, but this is to warn other road uses that we are there. There is no stop go provided at any junction - the roads are open and riders must obey NZ road rules at ALL times. Please be courteous to other road users
