LOCATION:
Off Riverton Drive North, Post Code 6148. Toilets and plenty of parking available right alongside the course.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
Registration .............7.30am
Briefing ....................8.15am
Start ………………...8.45am
DISTANCES
Main course: 5 laps 11.6km [with or without portage]
Short Course: 3 shorter laps [approx. 6km]
Guppy Course: 2 shorter laps [approx. 3km]
PORTAGE:
The portage [x 5 will be short [approx 30m]. Paddlers in both K1s & Skis can portage if they choose.
HAZARDS:
Course can be exposed to wind although unlikely as sheltered from the prevailing easterly. Water can be shallow but is always passable. In-water hazards include the fence and a sunken barge alongside the fence.
RACE PREPARATION:
Number on Boat: Ensure vertical & readable both sides. Number slots on sale $15
Sun & Heat: Sleeves, sun block & water to drink Results will be presented as soon as last racer is in
