Wind 2mph, Air Temp 80. This Drag Race Course was designed for practicing water starts & sprinting to get the lead in the start, as well as high intensity interval training combined with the Technical Race Course that preceded it. Experienced Racers completed 3 rounds of sprints with recovery paddles between. Amateur Racers completed 2 rounds. The third round was timed.
