Bib collection: 28th October 2017; 5pm to 8pm; Navrachna International School, Vasna Bhayli, Vadodara

Reporting time 5.30 am (all Olympic distance participants)
Reporting time for Super Sprint Category will be One hour before your allotted start time

Swim: You are allowed to swim in any stroke. It will be mass start Batch wise for 24 participants/Wave. There will be 8 lanes, 3 participants in each. Please swim in the clockwise direction and overtake from the right and be considerate to fellow competitors. There will be one volunteer par lane counting laps and his decision will be final. Participants are required to wear swim cap with bib number which will be issued by organisers.

Cycling: The cycling and running event are not in School and are on Open roads. Riders/Runners are warned that the road is not closed to regular traffic. Ride / Run with full awareness of other users on the road. No Personal Support vehicles are allowed (including technical support like wheels). Drafting during the Race is prohibited. The cycling section will start from the parking area and head out of school 300m. Wearing of Helmets is Mandatory. Helmet straps are to be secured firmly. Bib for bicycle issued by us should be fixed with zip ties on the handle bars without blocking view of bib with cables. Hydration at 20km point.

Run: Athletes may run, walk, or crawl. It is the sole responsibility of each athlete to know and follow the prescribed running course. Athletes must wear their issued bib number in front of the athlete’s person and the bib must be clearly visible at all times on the route.

Transition :
No crowding near the Timing Officials. Bicycles must be racked properly. Each athlete’s equipment must be placed on the athlete’s bike, or in the designated transition spot. Athletes must not interfere with another athlete's equipment in the transition area. A mount and dismount line will be clearly designated at the entrance and exit of the transition area. No outs
