Sprint Ace Series Winter 2023

This series consists of 3 races: Mutiny Rd circuit, Twyford circuit and Haumoana School Block circuit.

There will be sprint points available on every lap:

10 points for 1^st

7 points for 2^nd

5 points for 3^rd

3 points for 4^th

1 point for 5^th

Double points will be awarded on the final lap.

The winner will be the rider with the most points accumulated throughout the 3 races.

In the event of a tie the winner will be the rider with the most 1st place finishes.

All 3 races can be entered together for a discounted fee. 2 clicks on your pass or $20 direct deposit ($40 for visitors) otherwise normal rates apply.

In the event that any sprint race is cancelled due to bad weather the cancelled race will be re-scheduled to the next available date.

The Sprint Ace Series has “specific grade selection” applied. This means that riders may be in a different grade for sprint series races than they are for other races in the winter series. Grades will be decided by the race committee and are non-negotiable; riders who have a grade change requirement for the Sprint Ace Series will be notified in advance.

Each Sprint Ace Series race will carry 5 points in the RCC winter series for all riders who compete.
