Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness is THE destination for incredible mountain biking in Oklahoma. Cold Turkey MTB Fest is a 3-day mountain bike festival showcasing the most diverse and extensive trail system that Green Country has to offer. Thanks to a huge response over the last few years, Turkey Mountain is ready to host Oklahoma’s 3rd annual Cold Turkey Turkey Mountain MTB Bike Festival or as we simply call it CTTMMTBBF!
Join us Friday, November 14th for early packet pickup along with the free nighttime festivities such as group rides, Friday Night Lights Jump Jam and Zingo Unchained! Saturday continues the festivities with the 5 stage Enduro Party, a kid friendly amatuer focused 3 stage Mini Enduro Lite, and free skills clinics. Sunday we return with the GCXC series XC race and the Kids 'Lil Turkey's Race along with more rides and clinics. The festival will top things off with the new Rockyard Bike Park Showcase
Whether you come out to compete in races, ride for fun, or just to spectate – get ready for 3 full days of energy and fun!
Registration fees and signed waivers are required for races. Helmets are mandatory. All events and races are subject to weather and trail conditions and may be adjusted as needed. Exact race times may be adjusted closer to the event. Spectating is FREE to all.

Where should I park?
- Parking is available in all 3 park lots located on Elwood and 61st street. Overflow will be located in the lawn near the lower lot.
- Please follow direction of the parking volunteers.
- You are responsible for your vehicle and it's contents
- Keep your vehicle locked and anything valuable out of sight.
- DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKE UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME!

Is this race sanctioned by USA Cycling?
- NO. This race is NOT permitted by USAC.
- No license required!
Which category should I register for?
- Beginner - (Cat3 Distance) First time racers or those with minimal race experience, you're just here to have fun, estimated time 45-60 minutes
- Sport - (Cat2 Distance) Moderately experienced age group racers who can maintain a strong pace for over an hour, estimated time 75-90 minutes
- Open/Expert - (Cat1 Distance) You know who you are... you will race anyone, anywhere, anytime, estimated time 90+ minutes
What are my race options?
- Choose your race based on category, gender, & age OR bike type SS(Single Speed) or E-bike:
- Kids 9:30am 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12 (Boys & Girls race together)
- Beginner 10:30am Women: 13-15, 16-18, 19-44, 45-59, 60+ Men: 13-15, 16-18, 19-44, 45-59, 60-69, 70+
- Sport 12:00pm Women Open (Sport distance) Women: 13-15, 16-18, 19-44, 45-59, 60+ Men: 13-15, 16-18, 19-44, 45-59, 60+

What's the deal with GCXC?
- Green Country XC is a MTB Race Series specific to NE Oklahoma.
- There are 3 spring races and 3 fall races, with an individual and team points race.
- Check GCXC Website for all rules, events and standings
- Check the GCXC Facebook page for event updates .
- A helmet is required at ALL times while riding a bike.
- On race day, Riders may NOT be on any portion of the race course except while racing.
- No pre-riding during live racing.
Will there be a series champion for each category within the GCXC series?
- Yes, points are available at all GCXC events.
- Cold Turkey is the season finale, the racer with the most points will be awarded as the series winner.
- You are allowed 1 drop race. See GCXC website for more details.
Will there be a team points race within the GCXC series?
- Yes, the Team Challenge is comprised of teams with 4 to 6 racers.
- The top 4 racers will score at each race.
- There will be no drop races.
- Racers do not have to be on the same 'sponsored team or club'.
- There will be no charge or fee.
- Team captain will create a team during registration "Team name (Team Challenge ONLY!)" Other team members will select this team name during registration. See GCXC website for more details.
Will there be something for my kid to do?
- Yes, Saturday we have the Kid friendly Mini Enduro Lite. This can also be ridden with a parent or guardian. Sunday Kids XC Race is open to ages 4 to 12.
- The courses will be age appropriate.
- GCXC number plates are FREE for all Kids.
- No USAC or any other type of license required.
- A helmet is required at ALL times while riding a bike
