The Bogus Basin Summer MTB Series is a participation based mtb racing format including an 8 week racing series that promotes fun, competition, fitness and an experience platform for new and seasoned mountain bike racers to enhance their racing experience. The courses each week will feature a 3-4 mile loop for riders to test their racing level with the option of 1,2,3, or 4 laps. Develop your fitness and race experience this summer by participating in this fun race series to help enhance and grow mountain bike racing in the community. Results will be categorized and posted after each race online at bogusbasin.org and participation prizes are awarded at the end of the season race and party on August 15th.
START TIMES AND FORMAT
6:30 pm 1 lap race (all ages, new riders, beginner race level)
6:32 pm free kids fun race (ages 8 and under)
6:50 pm mass start of 2 lap race (10 km, all ages, Intermediate skill level, C and B level riders)
7:00 pm mass start of 4 lap race (20 km, U14 and older, Pro and top A riders, very experienced)
7:02 pm mass start of 3 lap race (15 km, U14 and older, Expert to Pro experience, A riders and advanced B level riders)
