Once one of the longest running mountain bike races in BC, the return of the Vedder Mountain Classic is a tribute to the history of mountain biking and racing in BC. It will be a testament to the evolution of the sport, the riders, and the trails that have turned Vedder Mountain into one of the most popular riding destinations in the Valley. Riders will be treated to a premium single track course featuring trails purposefully built to honor the resurrection of this iconic event. This event is sure to bring back the nostalgic memories rooted deep in veteran racers, many of whom got their start at the "Vedder Mountain Classic".

New this year is a family friendly event to get kids stoked on mountain biking as they take part in this great weekend event. The race will be timed for a maximum of 30 minutes, with participants completing as many laps as possible. Your entry gets you a customized water bottle, sticker, insurance coverage, and a cookie to refuel after.

There will be three categories to choose from:
- Run bikes
- Wheels from 16"-18"
- Wheels from 20"-24"

Participants must have a helmet and their own bike to ride in order to race. When registering online, please use the racer's name to register. Registration closes at 10:30am on May 6th. The Run Bikes will begin their race at 11am, with the pedal bikes following once the course is clear.
