Mountain Bike Tribal Trail Alliance (MBTTA) Trail Building & Maintenance Waiver

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being allowed to participate in trail building and maintenance
activities organized by Mountain Bike Tribal Trail Alliance (“MBTTA”), I, the undersigned,
acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risks

•   I understand that trail building and maintenance activities involve inherent
  risks, including but not limited to: the use of tools and equipment, heavy
  lifting, uneven terrain, falling objects, exposure to weather, encounters with
  wildlife, and the potential for serious injury or death.
• I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with these
  activities.

2. Release & Waiver

• I hereby release, waive, and discharge MBTTA, its directors, o􀆯icers,
  employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims,
  demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in trail building
  or maintenance activities.

3. Medical & Emergency Authorization

• I certify that I am physically able to participate.
• In case of injury or emergency, I authorize MBTTA to seek medical treatment
  on my behalf.

4. Indemnification

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBTTA from any loss, liability,
  damage, or costs arising from my participation.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding

• I have read and understood this agreement. I am signing it freely and
  voluntarily, intending to be legally bound.
