The Craftsbury Outdoor Center invites you to join us in working up an appetite for those holiday meals at our fundraising Turkey Trot, Sunday, November 23 at 2:00pm. Race starts and finishes at the Sterling College Dining Hall. We're excited to bring a holiday 5k run to our neighborhood and hope you'll come join the fun as we raise funds for the Hardwick Area Food Pantry (HAFP).
Registration Details
5k race entry + donation + raffle ticket - $10
5k + stuffing level donation + 3 raffle tickets - $30
5k + all the fixins' donation + 5 raffle tickets - $50
Kids' 3k - FREE
All funds go straight to the HAFP! The race entry is $10. If you want to brighten more folks' holidays and help with food insecurity in the Craftsbury area, we've created additional donation tiers to allow runners to share more with their neighbors.
Raffle! Donors/racers will be entered into a drawing for Pearce's Pastured Poultry Turkey, veggie boxes from Fusda Farm and Pete's Greens with other thanksgiving fare. Each $10 donated = 1 raffle ticket. More generosity? More sharing holiday cheer and food? More chances to win!
Online registration will close at 1:45pm, Sunday November 23. In-person day-of-race will be offered for an additional $5.
Race Day Schedule
1:00pm - 5k bib pickup and DOR opens in the Sterling Dining Hall
2:00pm - Race start for kids and adults
2:45pm-ish - Awards, raffle draw, hot drinks and snacks

Park at Dustan field - limited parking on the Common.

!!ALL ROADS WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF THE RACE!!
- All racers must run on the left side of the road facing traffic and no more than two abreast.
- Please run single file as cars approach, and check both ways when making a road crossing.
- Participants must follow all typical traffic rules.
No Dogs
Note on dogs - while we love your furry friends, please don't bring them with you during the race. There will be a little too much going on with crowds of runners, kiddos, cars on the roads, etc.
