Thank you for your patience. Lack of snow at Snow Mtn Ranch has forced us to postpone the date of the first Grand Nordic free lesson to Sunday, December 21st. All participants who registered for the original December 7th date have been automatically moved to the 21st to same discipline, same level, same class. PLEASE TEXT 970-887-0547 IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THAT DATE - BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME.
We start event check-in and registration at 12pm for afternoon lessons on December 21. Classes start between 1pm and 1:45pm depending on the class, which is noted in the 'select class' drop-down menu. Classes are around 1 1/2 hours and we try for max of 10-12 people per class/instructor. If your class if shown as full, consider registering instead for the morning class.

If you are on the waitlist, we will automatically move you into the class if a space opens. If you're still on the waitlist on lesson day, we recommend that you show up at the class registration table on December 21st as we often have spaces open up from last minute cancellations and people who can't make it in time due to traffic. We suggest booking lodging to avoid the traffic stress.

GRAND NORDIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK Please read carefully before signing. This is a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights. I understand the nature of Nordic skiing and Nordic Ski activities and I, or my child *, is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities that involve inherent dangers and risks. I willingly and voluntarily accept these risks and elect to participate in the event. By my signature below, I agree to accept the full responsibility for my actions and risks, release any liability, and surrender any rights to seek reimbursement from Grand Nordic and any of its agents. I authorize Grand Nordic and medical personnel on hand to call for medical care for the participant or to transport participant to a medical facility or hospital if, in their opinion, medical attention is needed. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. I understand that any equipment provided by Grand Nordic is and remains the property of Grand Nordic, and agree to return this equipment to Grand Nordic at the end of the event. All events will observe Covid19 restrictions as imposed by the Grand County Health Dept. However, we cannot guarantee that no risk is involved. We understand that quarantining is often necessary if exposed to Covid19 prior to our event or other medical issues that may arise. If sick, we request that you advise us ASAP in advance to qualify for a refund and to allow us to accept another participant. Also, you can consider making your entry a donation toward youth Nordic programs if you need to cancel. I/WE HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.
