🏃‍♂️⛰️ Welcome to Ras Foel Fras🏃‍♀️⛰️

We’re thrilled to have you join us for Ras Foel Fras, a  classic Welsh fell race.

 

This is a challenging mountain race , self-navigation is essential between summit checkpoints.
Please only enter if you're confident in your fitness, fell-running experience, and navigation skills. 

 
🔹 Race Route
🗻 12miles with 1,200m ascent
Starts Abergwyngregyn doing a clockwise loop up onto Drum (770m) onto Foel Fras (942m) then Yr Aryg (876m) and Moel Wnion (580m) descend back to finish outside Caffi Hen Felin in Abergwyngregyn.
