END OF SEASON WATCH RELAY:

Saturday the 21st of June
Start time 5:30am
Location: Meydan

Objective: First team to complete a cumulative distance of 12km in the fastest time possible


Rules:

Teams of 3 ( I will mix the teams up based on different abilities to make it fair )
1 watch per team ( This is the ‘baton” to be passed from runner to runner ) to be worn on each loop that is run
Each runner must run/complete 1 of the loops at least 3x
2 loops options of 1.2km or 500m
There will be set zone for the watch to be passed from one runner to the next
Race tactics/strategy are to be decided by each team after the briefing ( you will have 10 min to strategize who goes where/when and how often)
Each team to supply their own team with a water/hydration table throughout the race
First team to complete 12km in the fastest time possible and hand over their watch to me first wins.

Prizes for the winning team as well a breakfast for the whole winning team
