Harewood Forest Run 2025

I, the undersigned, accept full responsibility for myself and any injuries I may incur during these events. I hereby agree that the organisers shall not be liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage incurred during or as a consequence of my (and my dog's) participation in this event and that I am medically fit to participate in this event. I understand that the insurance cover provided by the Association Of Running Clubs does not cover any incidents caused by dogs, and thus if I choose to run with a dog I hereby confirm that I have sufficient insurance cover in place to cover such eventuality.

I further accept the welfare of my dog is my responsibility, I will carry sufficient water for my dog during the event, I will use an appropriate harness for both dog and human and bungee lead for running with a dog. I accept the race directors will review allowing dogs to run on the date based on the temperature being safe for dogs to participate, the race directors decision is final and no refunds will be provided.  I agree to abide by the race rules as specified on the Muddy Runners website event page. 

I will comply with all instructions given by the race marshals. I acknowledge that my entry fee is non-refundable if I cannot participate in the event for any reason.
