Please note change of location to Day Use Area 1 at Seven Mie Beach

The BSP1200 is a bit different from other swims in the series. It involves a walk down to the eastern end of Seven Mile Beach from Day Use Area One to the start line which is in the water. The swim back is 1200 m parrallel to the beach, finishing around a buoy and up the beach. Pre race registration and briefing on the beach in front of the toilets before the stroll to the eastern end.

The BSP1200 is part of the Tasmanian Ocean Swim Series with age category points on the line.

This year a 2nd handicap swim of 500 m will be held following the main swim. Enter the handicap swim on the day. and be part of the fun.

The 500 m swim for novice and junior swimmers will also be held.
