BOONDOGGLE LIVINGSTON FKT (fastest known time)
From December 1st - March 31st, download the route to your GPS device or copy it your preferred mapping site, ride it and see how long it takes you.
1. Your time will be your total time to do the route *NOT RIDE TIME* (The course STARTS & ENDS at the first driveway on Pine Branch rd). This is approx .4 mile once you turn on Piney Branch.
2. This is not a Strava segment. It is a route. Be sure to start your GPS when the route starts and the route ends. If you post the ride with any additional riding before or after, it will be included in your total time.
3. If you do the FKT to post a time Where you post it either on Strava, Garmin, Ride with GPS you must put “Boondoggle Livingston FKT” in the title to be eligible.
4. Once you do the route and want your time posted, please contact me with a link to your ride. You can message me in Facebook, Instagram, email or text.
5. We will offer a prize for the fastest men’s and women’s time. Plus, everyone that post the time will be entered into a drawing for a free entry into Boondoggle ARC at Forkland in July.
6. The course has a mixture of 60/40 pavement and gravel.
7. This can be attempted solo or as a group. I don’t think a group will have a big advantage with all the climbing.
8. Results will be posted on Facebook, Instagram and through a weekly email
9. This is what we’ve got now as far as rules we may add to this before December 1st
10. No times will be adjust and all things are in play that you may encounter on the roads. Dogs, chickens, bears, emus, banjo playing.......
11. If are not interested in the FKT, its a great route to ride.
13. Parking.. there’s several places to park in Livingston. Their spots along hwy 25, trailhead or large parking lot beside the fire department.
