Ribbons and Awards will be given for Hunt, Western, Pleasure and Junior Divisions to 10 places. Ribbons for slowest and oldest team
Longer pace,bigger awards and mammoth raffle.
Teams may have 2 or 3 riders. Junior teams must have at least one rider aged 12 or under. Western teams require at least one Western rider. Safety helmets and appropriate footwear with heels required for all riders. Teams will start at 10-minute intervals. Specific times will be assigned prior to race within your chosen time window for seamless start. All riders must sign a release. A parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18.

Entries must be received with payment by Thursday November 7th at 12:00pm ET. No same day registrations will be taken.
Riders must bring their own water and hay. There will be no water provided on site. Please clean up manure and shavings.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
As with all of our events, we are guests on the property so please be respectful of the landscape, pedestrians and automobiles.
IMPORTANT: ONE TEAM MEMBER MUST STOP AND PRESENT TEAM NUMBER TO STARTER AT THE START LINE
AND STOP AT FINISH LINE TO NOTIFY FINISH TIMERS THAT THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE PACE. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO IT COULD LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION

• Helmets are required for all riders – No exceptions.
• Passing of other teams on the course must be done at a WALK or risk disqualification.
• Proper trail etiquette is required at all times
• No dogs please.
• There will be no refunds unless the pace is cancelled, or doctor/vet certificate is received before Pace Day.
• Please clean up around your trailer before leaving. Pick up all manure and hay.
• Every junior rider must submit a Release of Liability signed by a parent or guardian in order to receive a start package.
