I hereby agree to participate in the Elephant EPIC, organized by RacePro and Game Rangers International
(GRI), scheduled to take place on 22nd June 2024. I understand that I will be cycling in a remote location, and I acknowledge the potential risks involved in participating in such an event.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the aforementioned event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue RacePro & GRI, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, disability, illness, death, or property damage, that I and my dependents may sustain before, during, or after the event, whether caused by the negligence of the organizer or otherwise.
I understand and acknowledge that participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with physical exertion, outdoor activities, and the absence of medical personnel immediately on site. I certify that I am physically fit, sufficiently trained, and adequately prepared to participate in the event. I confirm that my equipment is also adequate to participate in the event. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to the risk of falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and road conditions, and any other hazards encountered during the event.
I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizer and event officials before, during, and after the event. I understand that the organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or safety concerns.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my and my dependents’ participation in the event.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this indemnity agreement, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions. I understand that by signing this agreement, I am giving up legal rights and remedies that may be available to me and my dependents and assume all risks associated with participating in the event.
