K1 Standard Triathlon

Event Info Sprint Distance - 1500m Sea Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run. The event is open to individual entries and team entries.

General Info

• Participants strictly must have access to RAF Akrotiri otherwise registration will be cancelled.
• The fee for the race is €15 per team, €10 for non-member individuals and €6 for members and is to be paid on the day in cash.
• Registration Location: K1 Club  Opens: 0650 Race Brief: 0720 Race Start: 0730

Bike in a servicable condition (if you require a bike, please hire through Pete Norris: peter.norris976@mod.gov.uk or you can find him through the Facebook Page.)
Bike Helmet
Cycling Shoes (optional)

Sunglasses
Trainers
Swimming costume
Goggles
Swim Hat
Tri suit or other suitable sports clothing for cycling and running
Towel

Water bottle for the bike
Water, there will be a limited amount provided
