Distances:
8-10 years - Swim 100m, Bike 2km, Run 1km
11-13 years - Swim 200m, Bike 4km, Run 1.5km
14-16 years - Swim 300m, Bike 6km, Run 3km

Water Safety:
Safety will be provided via kayaks and water safety marshals in the water throughout. There is no time limit! Children should be capable of completing their swim distance unaided in any front stroke. The swim will take place only if conditions are calm. Tow Buoys may be used by swimmers. Wetsuits are allowed.
Bike:
No Helmet = No Race! Any pedal bike can be used. Scooters, Balance Bikes or Stabilisers are not permitted. Bikes must have working breaks. Torso must be covered on Bike and Run
Run:
The same comfy running trainers can be worn on Bike & Run course. Water will be available on the run course.
Water, there will be a limited amount provided
