Track Mile 2023

This is a popular event that any club member can take part in as you will be put into a race based on your estimated time.

For our junior members in school years 3, 4 and 5 (as of September 2022).

Race 1 – 800m (juniors school years 3, 4, 5 only)
Race 2 – Greater than 9:00 minute pace
Race 3 – 8:30 to 9.00 minute pace
Race 4 – 8:00 to 8:30 pace
Race 5 – 7:30 – 8:00 pace
Race 6 – 7:00 – 7:30 pace
Race 7 – 6.30 – 7:00 pace
Race 8 – 6:00 – 6:30 pace
Race 9 – 5.30 – 6:00 pace
Race 10 – 5:00 – 5:30 pace
Race 11 – Sub 5.00 pace
