2023 Metre Eaters Northwood Hills 5km

The Northwood Hills is a 5km running race held annually on the Parkdale Trail.  The course is on paved trail and is open to all runners and is suitable for runners of all capabilities.  

The Northwood Hills is the second of three races in the Metre Eaters Signature Race Series.  The other races in the series are the June Classic 5km and 10km and the Chippewa Challenge 4km and 8km.  Registration for the Series is now closed.
