Distances and start times.
-3km junior race ( 1 loop) Start at 10:00
-30km, (7.5k loop x4) Start at 10:15
-15km (7.5fkm loop x2) Start at 10:20
- 1km family tour Start at 10:25

Registration:
On-line only. You will be able to register online and pay through pay pal. Day of event registration will also be online.

Bib pick-up: 8-9:30 at the Grand Lake Nordic Center.

Feed Station:
- there will be a feed station that will have coolers with water and energy mix as well as an assortment of bananas and oranges.
- Note there will be no single use cups at the feed station so bring your water bottle that you can refill as needed. You can carry your bottle with you or leave it at the feed table.

Parking:
- there is limited parking at this venue so car-pool if you can.
