Event notes
This is a one-day Masters Biathlon Shooting and Roller Ski clinic to be held at the Ariens Nordic Center in Brillion, WI. Shooting instruction will be provided by Jeff Bosek from MN Biathlon. Mr. Bosek is a target shooting expert. Roller Ski coaching will be provided by coaches from Blackhawk Ski Club. All participants must have previous Biathlon Racing experience, be USBA Red Book safety certified and a current USBA Competitor or Coach level member. This clinic will focus on Biathlon shooting positions, skills & drills. This is your opportunity to learn to shoot better and do fewer penalty laps! Registrants must arrive with their personal rifle that has been previously fitted and sighted-in. Lunch will be provided.

This clinic will be held rain, heat, snow or shine. Bring appropriate clothing for all possible weather! Participants will need clothing and gear for running, shooting and skate roller skiing, including a helmet. The clinic will include approximately 2.5 hours at the range and 2.5 hours of roller skiing.

All shooters will expend approximately 200 rounds of .22 Cal long rifle target velocity (subsonic) non-plated ammo. High velocity or plated ammo will not be allowed as it is loud and will cause target damage.

Fees are $100 for the clinic, including Lunch. Please pay upon arrival at Ariens Nordic Center on Saturday, October 15th by check (payable to Blackhawk Ski Club) or exact cash.

Participants must accept the liability waiver below and sign the USBA roller skiing waiver at clinic registration.

Space is limited to 20 participants. Those who sign up for the clinic and do not show will be charged the $100 clinic fee prior to being allowed to participate in WI Biathlon events, at any venue, in the future. No-shows are vehemently discouraged!

Registration and payment: 9:00 - 9:40 AM Please do not be late!
