Dig out your camouflage running clothes and grab a friend for the Old Settlers Adventure Team Run. You and your teammate will be covering a 5k or so course around Indianola with some "obstacles" along the way. You and your teammate will run together and do all the activities as a team...until the last 1/2 mile when it's every man -or women or child- on his own. Don't worry you will be able to complete them all, whether you have been training for months or started the morning of the race.
