Description:
Six2Nine will kickoff Methow Valley Solstice Singletrack Celebration presented by The Methow Chapter of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance with a two-person relay on the Schoolio Trail at Liberty Bell High School. The 5-mile course will provide plenty of up, down, and around before one of the latest sunsets of the year to celebrate the coming of summer riding.

Friday June 17th
4:30 PM – Rider Check- In / Number Pick-Up Opens
5:45 PM – Rider Check- In / Number Pick-Up Closes
6:00 PM – Mass Start
8:45:00 PM – Last Rider out on Last Lap
9:00 PM – Finish
9:07 PM – Sunset
9:30 PM – Pizza and Awards

Racing Ages are based on riders age on 12/31/22. Team ages are based on the total age of the team members. Under 35 teams are not gender defined.

Rules and Equipment:

Races will be governed by USA Cycling rules for mountain bike racing, rider conduct, and equipment regulations. It is the rider’s responsibility to know these rules. All rules and regulations will be enforced by race staff. Helmets are required by rules in the USA Cycling rulebook. This event is non-sanctioned.

Scoring & Rider Transition

• Numbers plates will be issued to each rider.
• Riders are required to trade-off at the end of each lap. Riders will tag off in a transition zone after the finish line.
• No team will be allowed onto the course for a final lap after 8:45 PM.
• Finishing order is based on most laps completed in fastest time from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
• Any rider starting a final lap before 8:45 pm will be allowed to finish that lap and have it count for standings.
