Welcome to registration for the Castle to Crane 2022. After a couple of years without the race due to the pandemic, organisers are delighted to open entries for 2022 . We hope you all enjoy another great race.

A few notes before you complete the entry. Fees are the same as 2019, £120 for any boat with 4 (or more) rowers and £70 for smaller craft. This price includes VAT and make it much simpler for us to handle the administration of the race.

Can you please make sure there is a named contact person for each boat. This person MUST be in the boat in question. If you don't know your exact crews or if the person changes, that is fine, but please be sure to email race@clydebuiltfestival.com with the named person for the team before the close of entries on 1st August 2022.

This person will be responsible for the actions of the crew from the launch through to recovery of the teams boat. Organisers want to be able to contact that person with a functioning mobile number. This person MUST undertake to read, understand and follow instructions issued for the race and for the logistics surrounding it on behalf of their whole crew.

Please be sure to advise on the number of people in your boat, this will allow organisers to make sure we have appropriate safety cover for the numbers on the water. Organisers understand that circumstances can change so if any occur after registering, please email so records can be changed.

Finally, if you would like a souvenir T-shirt of you 2022 race, head over the shop that can be found on the festival website, www.clydebuiltfestival.com to order them. No T-shirts will be sold on the day, so please place all orders before registration closes on 1st August 2022.
