SHARQ - TUESDAY OWS ACCESS



This is an opportunity for MAD Members to access the Sharq Beach for an afternoon swim session:

Due to the latest rounds of Covid19 restrictions, swimmer wishing to join the OWS sessions must abide by the following GUIDELINES:

1. MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times.
2. WEAR A MASK when not swimming.
3. PRESENT A GREEN EHTERAZ APP on arrival.
4. A maximum of 25 Swim slots are available:

5. ONLY Registered Members are allowed to attend the session. STRICTLY NO SUPPORTERS or SPECTATORS ALLOWED!
6. On ARRIVAL, attendees must Proceed directly to SIGN IN at the Lifeguard Kiosk, and to be issued with an approved WRISTBAND.
7. Attendees must proceed directly to the Beach, and base themselves at the last two Cabanas on the right of the beach next to the volleyball court, facing the water.
8. Swimmers MUST Inform the lifeguard about their proposed swim course, ( ie, Option 1 – Circular Swim around the perimeter, Option 2 – Swim Parallel to the shoreline)
9. This is NOT a Coached session, and swimmers are responsible for their own programs.
10. Remember to Arrive at least 10mins before the start of the session.
11. Keep your swim to a maximum of 60 mins

REMEMBER:

This is a free training event and with Limited numbers only. It will be a First Come First Served basis.
