2021 YEAR END BANQUET
Sunday October 17th. 4:00 - 6:30PM
All club members are welcome to join us for a celebration of a remarkable year of mountain biking.
We will be presenting our special annual awards as well as the race series overall trophies and of course some great door prizes (including a Garmin Edge bundle!)

The venue is CharKuu 102 on Kuusisto Road, just off Dawson. There are only 3 walls, and no additional heat, so make sure to dress appropriately. This is part of the reason we are hosting in the afternoon, so we can enjoy the fall colours. It is about a 15 minute drive past Country Fair, so make sure you allow enough time. The address is 159 Kuusisto Rd.

We will get things going with awards and presentations around 4:30, and then have an early dinner around 5:30 so we can head home before it gets to chilly.

The meal is being made by our friends at Roots to Harvest. Chili (beef or veg), biscuit, dessert and a beverage.

Tickets are $15.00/person with a max of $60 per family (immediate). If you are a family of 5+, still register each person individually, but you will pay $60 at the door.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO 125 PEOPLE. Once that many tickets are sold, the registration will close.
**Proof of double vaccination will be required as per the Provincial and TBDHU regulations, as we are categorized as a restaurant for this event. Does not apply to children 12 and under.
***Masks must be worn at all times you are up from your table.
****Patrons with a medical exemption are required to present identification and a written document stating the individual is exempt for a medical reason to the business or organization.
