The Arena and Runners United Nevada are excited to partner in the inaugural Bench 'N' Bolt for Bliss!

This event encourages all ability levels to participate; the 5K can be completed as a stand alone walk/run event.
For those who want to deduct time off their 5K they can participate in the bench press element prior to the race. The bench will take place beginning at 1 pm, with the race beginning at approximately 2 pm.

This will be a family friendly event and will include a Kid's One Mile Fun Run!

In addition, BENCH 'N' BOLT is a community fundraising event and proceeds will be donated to The William R. Bliss Cancer Center at Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Event takes place at The Arena 1809 S G Avenue in Nevada, IA. Shirts are guaranteed if registered before August 27th!
