1 > Maximum depth of 50mm standard wheels, road handlebars with no clip ons, no aero helmet, no built in visor, no skinsuit, no aero shoe covers or calf guards.
2 > Hand position must be on the bars at all times - anyone seen riding with arms resting on the bars will be DQ'd. This is for your safety
3 > Any riders under 18 years old must deposit a signed parental consent form at sign in

> Membership available throughout the year supporting our club and reducing your entry fee
