RACE FORMAT

1 Lap around Meadowlark Park, excluding Styx/Concrete Jungle. Approx 5 miles.
Time Trial format, everyone timed individually with a 3 minute spread between each racer.
Racing starts at 3:30, ends approx 7pm. Show up anytime in that window and race.
Detailed instructions will be emailed to you week of the race.
