Welcome to the 2021 Sun of a Gun biathlon race! Registration is online only and closes at 8 pm, Friday, February 5! There is no day of race registration. Location: Liberty Bell High School/McCabe Trails, 18 Twin Lakes Road, Winthrop, WA. Start list will be posted at Webscorer.com by 5 pm Saturday.

Entry Fees: Juniors (< = 19 yr) - $20, Adults (20+) - $35. If entering a Junior, enter the discount code JR in the field below to receive a $15 discount from the Adult price.

Eligibility: Biathlon is open to all athletes age 9 and over who have completed a US Biathlon certified safety clinic. All competitors must be current members of US Biathlon, Biathlon Canada or purchase a USBA one-day license for $10. For Novice Adults we will pay for the one-day USBA license out of your $35 race fee, and you need only sign the USBA waiver at bib pickup. Competitors in other registration classes must purchase a one-day or annual USBA license directly from USBA.

Registration categories & race formats
Novice Midgets – 3 km, Shooting prone only (PPPP) with rest on large targets
Dev 1 - 4 km, Shooting prone only (PPPP) with rest on small targets
Dev 2 – 4 km, Shooting prone only (PPPP) with cuff on small targets
Novice Adults - 3 km, Shooting prone only (PPPP) with rest on large targets
Adult 1 (Women, older junior girls, and Men >= 60 yrs) - 7.5 km, Shooting prone & standing (PPSS), carrying rifle
Adult 2 (Men < 60 yrs and older junior boys) - 10 km, Shooting prone & standing (PPSS), carrying rifle
