The NZ Road Relay Championship returns to Feilding and the undulating country roads of the Manawatu


Feilding Moa Harriers and Athletics NZ extend a warm invitation to all Athletic and Harrier clubs plus social run/walk teams from workplaces or other sports to join us on Saturday 3rd October.

The "Long" (7 person) course is around 67km and the "Short" (6 person) course of 38.2km.

As well as the usual Championship Run Grades we are please to offer a non-championship Masters 70 Run and an Open Walk category. Medals for these grades are provided by the LOC

Overall Club is determined by the points scored across each clubs three best grade performances - so even if you don't have a gun Senior Mens team, your club could be earn good points from say a MU20, MM50+ and MW50+ teams.

Clubs must be affiliated to Athletics New Zealand in order to enter New Zealand Championship events. Please email membership@athletics.org.nz if you have questions.

The NINE CHAMPIONSHIP grades

SEVEN person teams: $360/team


Senior Men A Grade (17+)
(Senior Mens teams will be grade into A, B and C once entries have been received)
Senior Women (17+)
Masters Men 35-49
Masters Women 35-49
Masters Men 50-59

SIX person teams: $210/team


Under 20 Men (14-19)
Under 20 Women (14-19)
Masters Women 50+
Open 60+ (incl 70+)

Non Championship 6 Person: $210/team


Composite (can be from more than one club)
Social (unregistered athletes)
Open Walk
