It’s that time of year again as we start thinking about the Conquer the Climb 5K that typically kicks off Sherwoodfest at the end of September. The race this year will take on a new look as we present our very first Virtual 5K with the moniker of Conquer YOUR Climb as we all take on our own challenges that face us today. While you wont have the infamous final climb to conquer this year, we ask that you all look at YOUR climb and whatever it is, take it on head first and conquer it.

Whereas other virtual 5k’s ask you to run a 5k wherever you wish and post your time, we offer: You, but faster! This virtual 5k allows you to run as many 5k’s as you want to from your registration date until Saturday, September 26th and then you upload your fastest time on the 26th. It’s that simple! Have you ever trained for a race and for whatever reason on race day, its just not your day and you wish you could have had that day earlier in your training where you crushed it, well The Rotary Club of Sherwood, Conquer YOUR Climb Virtual 5k is just what you have always wanted.
