King House Removals Omnium night three

Event notes
This is the entry for night three of the King House Removals Omnium Series - if you wish to enter for the entire series, there is a different entry link for that.
Entry fee is $15 for one night, paid into the Cycling Southland bank account with the reference 'Kings3' - if you have entered for the whole series you do not need to enter again.

Race Night 1

Race 1: Standing lap

Race 2: Derbys

2 Heats - Top 3 to 1-6 final, bottom 3 to 7-12 final
3 Heats - Top 2 to 1-6 final, 3&4 to 7-12 final, 5&6 to 13-18 final

Race 3: Gladiator Points

Each sprint scores 3-2-1, each penalty scores -2, roll around after sprint to be back in box on com's call.
Novice & U13 mixed - 4 sprints
U15 girls and boys - 5 sprints
U17 girls and boys - 6 sprints
Open women and men - 7 sprints


Grades
Novice and U13 (boys and girls mixed), U15 girls, U15 boys, U17 girls, U17 boys, and Open Male and Female, with the potential for a Masters grade if numbers justify it.
Standard gearing and equipment restrictions apply per grade as per Cycling New Zealand rules.

Cycling Southland Covid-19 Level 1 procedures: TRACK

*All procedures are subject to additional venue and government regulations in force at the time.*

Access control and contact tracing:
- Sign-in sheets for each session (printed from Webscorer entries)

Hygiene:

Rider duties:
- Bring your own helmet - no shared Cycling Southland helmets as it presents a possible source of transfer
- All equipment to be wiped after use - this includes wiping down of pump or compressor after inflating tyres
- Hand sanitiser to be used/hand washing

Coach duties:
- Ensuring equipment is wiped down before and after session - schedule extra time for this

Cycling Southland Staff responsibilities:


- Ensure that these procedures are circulated to all coaches, members and parents and are placed in prominent places around the track and available on our social media channels.
- Ensure everything, including all equipment, and is clean before first session of the day.
- Ensuring that there are wipes/hand sanitizer in the D for riders and coaches to use.
- Ensure that the session folders are available for each group for contact tracing.
