Welcome to the final round of the Phat Night Thursday series presented by Hop Federation, a fun series of night rides based at Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park

New for this round – a Recreational category. Not into racing, but want to ride the course as an untimed adventure ride? Come along, sign in and head off at your own pace before the race begins. E-bikes welcome.

Serious category – course will include Huff, Puff, Tank, Bayview, Skulduggery (reverse), Big Ups (reverse) before heading up Jaws.

Social category – you’ll head straight up Ziggy into Jaws.

Check in from 6pm at Ziggy Hub, racing starts at 6:30pm (Recreational category start as soon as you have signed in). Cost $10, pay at check in on the night.

** if you have friends thinking of riding, please get them to register beforehand, even if they are not 100% sure - it's so much simpler for our volunteers if details are already in the system rather than for them to enter riders who turn up on the night. **

After the ride we'll have a complimentary Hop Federation beer (or soft drink for U18 or those who prefer) at the hub, then head down to Kai for some spot prizes. Pre-order a burger special at check in and it will be ready for you at the end of the race.

Weather - we want everyone to have fun (and not damage the trails) so if the weather looks too bad or trails are too wet we'll postpone by a week.
