These are challenging times for everyone. The global pandemic is impacting us all, as individuals, as families and as organisations. For those caring for a child or adult with Rett Syndrome, or any condition leaving them at risk of complications due to COVID-19, this is a particularly worrying time.

For small charities, such as Reverse Rett, there are also huge challenges. Key events have
been cancelled and fundraising must necessarily take a back-seat to the main priority of keeping our families and our communities safe.

But our work does go on, in supporting families as well as in continuing to fund research and the Centre for Personalised Medicine in Rett Syndrome. Now, more than ever, we need your support.

The Reverse Rett Home Run Challenge is a great way to stay motivated, healthy and support ongoing Rett research at the same time.

You run your own race, at your own pace, building your kms as you go over the lockdown period.

There are three distances to choose from: 25kms, 50kms or 100kms, and you have your own time-frame in which to complete it.

You can walk up and down your garden, round and round your living room, round a local park (observing social distancing of course), up and down your stairs - anything goes!

All we ask is that you follow all maintain social distancing measures and follow government guidance regarding daily exercise allowance.

Not only will you be keeping active and motivated, you'll be helping to sustain Reverse Rett's crucial work and earning yourself a glorious certificate of achievement as a momento of your hard work during lockdown!
