Please join us for the 13th Annual Clot Trot Fun Run for Hemophilia Awareness in April/May 2020! With the current social distancing requirements, we have decided to have a Virtual Clot-Trot to celebrate.

Here is how to participate:
1. Register here and make a donation towards hemophilia and bleeding disorders (Those who make a donation of $16 or more will receive a special 2020 Clot-Trot T-shirt shipped to you)
2. Run! Suggested distances are 5k or 1 mile, but you choose!
3. Document your run with a picture, screenshot, etc.
4. Post on social media and tag The Clot Trot on Facebook, ( @clottrot on Instagram) and our title sponsor Paragon Healthcare on Facebook ( @paragonhealthcareinc on Instagram)
5. Use hashtags #clottrot #hemophilia
6. Have fun!!!

For those of you who are on STRAVA, we have created a STRAVA 5k route that begins and ends at the circle on Lee Blvd by the river. The route goes North along the running path and is an out and back. You have April 18th through April 30th to complete your Virtual Event.
