**UPDATE** TRIFAHL 2020 IS CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS!

TriFAHL is the area's only triathlon. This is a short distance triathlon for men and women of all athletic abilities that provides the opportunity to"Tri for a Healthy Life" in a low-key and supportive environment. First-timers and veterans are all welcome! You can race as an individual or a team. Men and women will start in separate waves and TRANSITIONS WILL BE TIMED.

The event begins with a 150 Yard swim at the Truman State University Natatorium, followed by a 9 mile bike ride that is two loops on the city streets in Kirksville and ends with a 2 mile run on mostly sidewalks through and around the edge of campus.

Register BY April 2nd-$40 (will receive shirt at race). Register AFTER April 2nd-$45 (shirt will not be available on race day and will have to be picked up from Warehouse 660 at a later date). REGISTRATION CLOSES ON APRIL 17th.

NOTICE FOR TEAM REGISTRATIONS- PLEASE CHOOSE "TEAM" UNDER AGE BRACKET TO APPLY THE CORRECT ENTRY FEE. Coed teams will start with the male wave. If you are just a 2-person team, please email trifahl@gmail.com before you register, so we can give you a discount code so you only have to pay $40 ($45) per person. It is set up for 3-person teams. There is only one spot to sign for the waiver, so PLEASE HAVE REMAINING TEAM MEMBERS SIGN A WAIVER AT THE CHECK-IN TABLE AT PACKET PICK-UP OR ON RACE DAY.

REFUNDS/INCLEMENT WEATHER-This is a nonrefundable race. If you are unable to or decide not to participate in the race, no refunds will be issued. In case of inclement weather, we will try to postpone the race to let the weather pass. If we have to cancel the race, no refunds will be issued but registrants will receive a 25% credit for next year's race.
