Notes d’événements
October is Rett Syndrome Awareness Month! The 4th Making Change Happen Global Run will take place this October and you can impact Rett research by completing 5k or 10k on ANY day during the month.

Here's how it works: Sign up, complete your 5k or 10k run/walk, then sit back and wait for your brand new medal to drop through your letterbox.

You can take part wherever you are on the planet, any day in October, any pace you like. Anything goes!

Registration is £15 adults, or £10 if you are registering as a group of 10 or more. £8 for children aged 12 and under.

Setting up a JustGiving page or using the Facebook 'donate' tool helps to maximise funds for research too, so asking friends and family to either join in or sponsor you is a great way to have an even bigger impact! If you set up a JustGiving page, we'll send you one of our brand new purple Reverse Rett t-shirts as a 'thank you'!

This year we’re introducing a competitive edge, with a ‘weird & wonderful’ photo competition! Simply take some pics of your walk/run, making them as weird and whacky as you can (crazy locations, fancy dress etc) and then share them on social media making sure you tag Reverse Rett and use the hashtag #GlobalRun2019. At the end of the month we'll be awarding prizes for the top three whackiest pics!

There has never been a more exciting time to get involved. As the first ever UK clinical trial draws to a close, a second UK clinical trial is launched, and a gene therapy clinical trial is imminent in the US, we stand on the verge of transformative treatments for those with Rett Syndrome.

Your registration fee and sponsorship will go directly to research which will help us to speed treatments and a cure for Rett Syndrome. If you'd like to find out more about Rett Syndrome and the research we fund, please go to
