5k Run

A chance to enjoy running on the commons, meet new people, see parts of the course from the forth coming races on the pebble bed heaths and practice some trail running!

Expect to run about 5k. We'll have experienced runners front and back of each group. The runs will be regrouping and run to be social and chatty so suitable for all abilities and paces.

Meeting at for 11.30am start at Heath Week on the Common.
