Event notes
A mix of spectacular views/settings and hill training. With Nathan and Pippa from Flying Fox Running. Both UKA accredited running coaches, Nathan regularly runs a hill training night for local running club YTRRC. Join them for a mix of scenic running and fun hill work for a very socialable running session which will probably end at the Prince of Wales Pub.

It doesn't matter what your speed is, if you can cope with a 4-5 mile run you can join this run. There were be a mile roughly warm up and warm down with some hill efforts in various locations inbetween. The hill efforts are between 10 and 60s. Even if you can't run up a hill for 60s that doesn't matter, the idea is to push yourself and if that means walking for half of it that's all good! After each hill effort we'll walk back to the start so the recovery is really long and a good chance to chat.

Meet near the ranger hut on 16th May at 6.30pm. (we'll not leave before 6:40 so if it's a little tight on time please don't sweat it).

The post code for Ham Hill is TA14 6RL.

The ground probably won't be muddy but grippy shoes are probably a good idea.

Remember the pub car park is only for the pubs customers.

We hope you can join us!
