Event notes
Welcome to registration for Castle to Crane 2019! We're sure it'll be a third great year for the race!

A few notes before you fill this in. We've increased the entry fee to £120 for any boat with 4 (or more) rowers and £70 for smaller craft. This price includes VAT but also includes entry to the afterparty event for everyone. We think this will create a more relaxed and friendly community event in the evening as well as make it much simpler for us to handle the administration of the race!

Secondly after confusion last year we once again ask for a named person for each boat, this person MUST be in the boat in question. If you don't yet know your exact crews or if the person changes, that is fine but please be sure to email with a named person for team before close of entries on the 6th of September. This person will be responsible for the actions of the crew from launch through to recovery so we'll want to be able to contact that person with a functioning mobile number. This person MUST undertake to read, understand and follow the instructions issued for the race and for the logistics surrounding it on behalf of their whole crew.

We are now asking for the number of people in your boat this is to allow us to make sure you have the right number of medals/after party tickets in your welcome pack and to ensure we have appropriate safety cover for the numbers on the water. We understand that circumstances can change so if this changes after booking please email us an we can change our records.

Finally if you'd like a snazzy souvenir T-shirts of your 2019 race then head over to
our web shop and order them there. We won't be selling them on the day so if you want something nice to wear in the future be sure to order them before registration closes on the 6th of September!

Thanks for coming along and good luck!
