Please make sure you select the correct distance for your age group.

15km riders start from 2pm beginning adjacent to the eastern end of Crystal Rd, turning left onto Stock Rd, left onto Mutiny Rd, left onto Middle Rd, left back onto Crystal Rd and finishing adjacent to the western end of Crystal Rd.
25km riders begin from 3:15pm starting and finishing adjacent to the intersection of Crystal Rd and West Rd, riders complete 2 laps of the circuit.
All riders must ride to the left, within a virtual one metre lane from the left side verge.
No drafting is allowed, overtaking riders must pass quickly while remaining left of the centre line and overtaken riders must immediately drop back at least 15 metres behind the rider who has passed them.
Marshals instructions must be obeyed without question.
Riders, not traffic, will be stopped and riders must not warm up on the course.
