• 1 parent or caregiver per family needs to be with their child
• What to wear?
Goggles & swim clothes (with change for later), Cycle with helmet! (compulsory), shoes, sun block and cap

RACE CATEGORIES

INDIVIDUAL:
- 9 years & under (100m swim / 3km cycle / 1km run)
- 10-12 years (200m swim / 5km cycle / 2km run)
- 13-16 years (200m swim / 5km cycle / 2km run)

TEAMS:
- 9 years & under (100m swim / 3km cycle / 1km run)
- 10-12 years (200m swim / 5km cycle / 2km run)
- 13-16 years (200m swim / 5km cycle / 2km run)

Teams are all genders, either boys only, or girls only or mixed teams
