FarmWhkFitness presents the Bank Windhoek Dusk & Dawn Stage Trail Run! At dusk on Friday, 1 March and dawn on Saturday, 2 March, runners will venture out onto the great trails of IJG Trails to challenge each other and themselves, in the second Dusk & Dawn stage run.

The second event in the 2019 FarmWhkFitness Run Series, it is one of the toughest and most competitive trail races in Namibia. Yet it is also open to fun runners, enabling them to enjoy Windhoek’s best trails and indulge their love of nature.

The Categories for the event are as follows:
Scout: Dusk Stage - 4 km & Dawn Stage - 9 km
Adventurer: Dusk Stage - 9 km & Dawn Stage - 18 km
Great Explorer: Dusk Stage - 18 km & Dawn Stage - 26 km

The first 50 Category entries receive a free buff.

Category winners will receive exclusive custom medals : age groups are Open (under 40) and Senior (40 and above). All other participants who complete a Category receive a finisher’s token.

Participants who don't want to compete in a Category can enter a stage run on either or both days:
4 km, 9km, 18km (Dusk or Dawn Stage)
26 km (Dawn Stage only)
(Please note: If you enter two individual runs you will have to register twice.)

Your ticket includes a free breakfast food item on Saturday AND entry to the lucky draw.

The venue for the event is the FarmWhkFitness arena, IJG Trails in Kleine Kuppe, Windhoek.

All participants must be at the venue for number collection on Thursday, 28 February 2019, from 17:00 – 19:00.

The Dusk Stage will take place on Friday evening while the sun sets. Participants must be there 30 minutes before the start of their race. Start times: 18km 18:30, 9km 18:45, 4km 19:00. The cut-off time is 21:30.

The Dawn Stage is on Saturday morning as the sun rises. Participants must be there 30 minutes before the start of their race. Start times: 26km 06:00, 18km 06:30, 9km 07:00, 4km 07:30. The cut-off time will be 10:00.
