Basics Clinic for Classic XC Skiing

Come learn the basics of cross country skiing with us! This skills clinic will focus on classic technique.

Instruction will cover:
- XC ski gear (equipment + clothing)
- Striding
- Turning
- Stopping
- Falling and Recovering

Trail pass for Plain Valley Ski Trails is required and must provide your own ski gear. Rental gear is available at Plain Hardware.

As space is limited, pre-registration for the clinic is required. There is no walk-in registration.

We will meet at Clear Creek Lodge, which is located at the intersection of Chiwawa Loop Road and Pinedrop Ln., about 500' north of Thousand Trails in Plain/Lake Wenatchee. Address: 20752 Chiwawa Loop Rd., Plain, WA.

Plain Valley Adventure Women (PVAW) is a community of women, ages 18 and older, who support the Plain Valley Nordic Team program through volunteering and by registration donations that go 100% to the Junior Program.
